At Never Summer, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted snowboards and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all factory tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
